During the month of November, the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) Delegation in the Dominican Republic conducted a survey to its partner organizations and institutions with which it has established institutional links in the 2016-2017 period, in order to evaluate the level of satisfaction of the technical cooperation provided by IICA during aforementioned period.
The results of the survey showed that the technical cooperation provided by IICA contributes to the agricultural development and rural well-being in the Dominican Republic. Likewise, the results indicated that the technical competence and reliability of the technical cooperation carried out by IICA is excellent.
The survey was sent by email to the partner institutions and organizations of the IICA Dominican Republic Delegation from the public, private and non-governmental organizations. The agricultural health and food safety as well as competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural chains were the main areas in which the institutions and organizations received more technical cooperation from IICA, according to the responses.
