José Emilio Guerrero holds a Doctoral degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Córdoba (Spain). He is a professor at the Technical School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering (ETSIAM) of the University of Córdoba and a scholarship recipient of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) of Spain. He is a visiting professor in the School of Agricultural, Veterinary and Forestry Sciences of the University of Chile. He is the author of numerous publications on topics related to animal production, the environment and rural development, as well as R+D projects. He is the Deputy Director of External Relations at ETSIAM, and oversees the Erasmus and Tempus student and teacher exchange programs..
