An agricultural engineer, Marcelo Regunaga holds a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Paris-Sorbonne, where he also completed the courses of the Third Cycle (Doctoral) Program. An agricultural economist, he has experience in projects, competitiveness and international negotiations. He serves as an academic coordinator and professor at the Business Education Center of the University of San Andres, and as a professor in the Agribusiness and Food Master’s Program of the University of Buenos Aires. He has worked as a postgraduate professor at the Entre Ríos National University (UNER) and the National University of the South (UNS), as well as in the Fruit Agribusiness Program in Río Negro. He works as an independent consultant and manager of agribusinesses. He has served as a consultant to national and international organizations (IFC, UNDP, OAS, ECLAC, IICA, IDB, the World Bank, IFAD, the European Commission, FAO, USAID, CIMMYT and CIAT).
