This webinar series, conducted under the Cooperation Agreement between FDA and IICA, seeks to raise awareness among producers, specialists, FSMA instructors, government officials and the general public about various aspects of interest of the U.S. Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
The focus of the webinars is the Produce Safety Rule (PSR), from the main regulatory aspects to the Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) that lead to compliance. In a complementary way, and seeking to further support the participants, industry experiences in implementation are presented, as well as the relationship between the PSR and other current and future regulations.
