Among its objective, this policy aims to reinforce the results-based model. Evaluation, within the context of results-based management, will offer the governing bodies, General Directorate, management groups, clients and strategic partners concrete evidence of the results achieved through the implementation of the MTP, specific projects and technical actions, as well as of the overall performance of the organization in delivering services and the IICA staff responsible for same.

This policy aims to establish an institutional framework governing the identification, monitoring, evaluation, mitigation, handling and reporting of risks that stand to affect the Institute’s fulfillment of its strategic, operational, financial, environmental, social and reputational objectives, with a view to ensuring evidence-based risk management, prevention and continuous improvement.
