The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), the Executive Secretary for the Central American Agriculture Congress (SE-CAC) and their partners are executing the project “Exploration of a Climate Change and Agricultural Network in Central America”. This project seeks to identify common needs and priorities within the Central American region related to climate change and agriculture.

As part of this process, IICA held a national consultation in Belize with participation of actors who are working in the theme of agriculture and climate change. The objective of the national level consultation was to share and validate the information that has been collected thus far and to seek additional information relevant to a regional network in this theme.
