Main Objective: Develop the Asset Management Plan for water supply and sewage systems, containing the strategic, tactical and operational plans, contemplating their implementation through assisted operation in a pilot system in the municipality of Camaçari – BA, Brazil, in addition to training and capacity building multidisciplinary technical team to be appointed by the company.

Budget: BRL 2.091.273,16 (two million, ninety-one thousand, two hundred and seventy-three reais and sixteen cents)

Specific Objectives:

  • Develop the Strategic Planning for Asset Management in line with Embasa’s Strategic Planning;
  • Develop tactical and operational plans, in order to direct the company’s future actions in order to adapt it to the better management of its assets;
  • Develop modeling based on reliability analysis, aiming to evaluate the performance of the existing equipment in the pilot system, by monitoring critical points;
  • Register and elaborate the portfolio of assets existing in the pilot system and elaboration of models by type of asset for future reproduction in the rest of the company;
  • Implement an Asset Management System that allows interface with systems already used by Embasa in related areas;
  • Train the multidisciplinary technical team designated by Embasa on the Asset Management process, which allows, in a future phase, to be able to reproduce, promote and implement internal collaborative projects to train teams from other Embasa regional units in this management process.

 

SCOPE OF PRODUCTS: The scope of the products to be delivered based on this Request for Proposals, whose object is elaboration of the Operational Asset Management Plan and implementation in pilot system in the Empresa Baiana de Águas e Saneamento S.A., are:

  2. PRODUCT nº 02: PREPARATION OF THE STRATEGIC PLANNING OF ASSETS MANAGEMENT WITH IMPLEMENTATION ASIGNMENT FOR THE PILOT SYSTEM
  3. PRODUCT nº 03: METHODOLOGY FOR DIAGNOSIS OF EMBASA’S OPERATIONAL UNITS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PILOT SYSTEM
  4. PRODUCT nº 04: TACTICAL PLANNING PREPARATION
  5. PRODUCT 05: IMPLEMENTATION OF ASSISTED OPERATION AND PRESENTATION OF EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
