Hipólito Mejía, former President of the Dominican Republic – the latest IICA Goodwill Ambassador
The former President, who is also an Agricultural Engineer and a former Minister of Agriculture, was awarded the title by Manuel Otero, Director General of IICA, in a ceremony which included the virtual participation of the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader.
