“Leader of Rurality” Mexican agronomist to promote projects for small-scale rural farmers together with IICA

Mexican agronomist Gabriela Lucas will work together with IICA through the Center for Innovation on Small-Scale Sustainable Agriculture (CIASPE), which she founded.
