Since November 2019, the United Nations World Tourism Organization has worked with IICA to strengthen cooperation for sustainable rural agritourism.
Together, the UNWTO and IICA implement projects that promote capacity-building and training on subjects like destination positioning and branding for rural tourism, project development and diversification and digital skills with the financial support of international donors.
