IICA has joined forces with Congenia, CYL, S.L. and the Chamber of Commerce of Spain to support the development of small and medium enterprises in the Dominican Republic
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, February 2019 (IICA). Within the process of creating new strategic alliances to support the different productive sectors of the country, IICA presented the project proposal “Training of business development service providers for MSMEs”, in partnership with the Spanish partners Congenia CYL, SL and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Service and Navigation of A Coruña.
The proposal is focused on the training of service providers, through the MSMEs Centers at the national level, on different areas, such as Bioeconomy, Cleaner Production, Quality Management Systems, among other topics that seek to strengthen the local capacities of the providers of services that support the development of MSMEs.
The proposal was delivered on Monday, February 11, to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs of the Dominican Republic.
