Meeting at IICA headquarters, the ministers of the 34 countries of the hemisphere will know the results of IICA in its last eight years and will elect a new Director General.
At the end of the inauguration, a memorial will be unveiled in honor of Henry Wallace, founder of IICA.
The president of the Republic of Costa Rica, Luis Guillermo Solis, will participate in the meeting.
