Laval University, Quebec City, Canada
October 19 & 20, 2026
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, held in June 2025 at Olds College, Alberta, Canada, alongside the G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis, the second edition of the Americas Agricultural Forum (#AmericasAgForum26) will take place on October 19–20, 2026, in Quebec City, Canada, with Université Laval as academic host.
Under the theme “Food Security as National Security,” the Forum will bring together senior leaders and decision-makers from the public and private sectors, academia, and international organizations from across the Americas. The event is expected to gather more than 1,000 participants in a hybrid format and will offer simultaneous interpretation in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The program will prioritize interactive parallel sessions and thematic workshops over traditional plenary formats, creating greater opportunities for substantive dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. The Forum will also feature exhibition booths, networking opportunities, bilateral meetings, and other strategic engagement spaces.
The official website will be launched in early July. Interested participants and organizations will be able to access it at: https://americasagforum.org/
