Panama, IICA and CAF sign an agreement to launch an agricultural development plan in Panama
The Director General of IICA, Manuel Otero, witnessed the signing of the agreement with the Ministry of Agricultural Development (MIDA) of Panama, which will launch the country’s Agricultural Master Plan for the Western Region. The plan will initially benefit about 15,000 agricultural producers and will receive funding from the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF).
