Technological University of Pereira, UNESCO Chairs and IICA will deliver an International Diploma Course on Applied Bioeconomy in the Coffee Value Chain
The course will be geared towards producers, entrepreneurs and students from Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil.

They also felt that in this time of increased food insecurity and a growing climate crisis, it is essential that the Institute expand its efforts to disseminate best practices and experiences that will facilitate the creation of a knowledge intensive agriculture sector that also serves a social purpose.
Costa Rican Tourism Institute and IICA will implement actions aimed at increasing the benefits of tourism activities for businesses in Costa Rica
The agreement was signed by the Costa Rican Minister of Tourism, William Rodriguez, and the Director General of IICA, Manuel Otero, during the meeting of the Executive Committee of the international organization, in San Jose.
