Agreement between Vázquez de Coronado and IICA to embark on the construction of the Plaza of Agriculture of the Americas

Roland Méndez, Mayor of the Costa Rican municipality that is home to IICA Headquarters and Manuel Otero, the Director General of the international organization, signed a document of understanding regarding the construction of an ambitious project, which was declared a site of Public Interest, by the President of the Republic of Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado.
