Within the context of the Framework Cooperation Agreement between IICA and the Center for Agricultural and Forestry Development, Inc. (CEDAF) of the Dominican Republic, it was held a workshop on the Cultivation of Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) as an option for the Dominican Republic.
The workshop was given by Ing. Carlos Blair Loría, Oilseed Specialist and creator of the Agribusiness enterprise platform in Costa Rica.

Dentro del contexto del Convenio Marco de Colaboración entre el IICA y el Centro para el Desarrollo Agropecuario y Forestal, Inc. (CEDAF) de la República Dominicana, fue celebrado un Taller sobre el Cultivo de Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) como una Opción para la República Dominicana.
El taller fue impartido por el Ing. Carlos Blair Loría, Especialista en Oleaginosa y creador de la plataforma empresarial Agronegocios en Costa Rica.
