Cluster facilitator, Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility (CCPF) – Cluster Development Plan (CDP) in Belize

We are looking for outstanding individuals with a business background interested in taking the challenge of cluster facilitator in Jamaica, St Lucia, Belize, and The Bahamas (Dominica to follow). The four consultants selected will be responsible to identify top priorities given the growth objectives of the cluster, and help the stakeholders reach consensus while preparing the Cluster Development Plans (CDP).  These CDPs will be submitted to Compete Caribbean’s Investment Panel for funding consideration up to $400,000 in technical assistance grant.
