  • The Brazilian government, the Brazilian sugar union and IICA will hold a seminar in Costa Rica on bioethanol and its application in sustainable transport

    Ethanol Talks, the high-level event organized by the Brazilian government and biofuel industry, has previously been held in Brazil, Argentina, Guatemala and India. The Costa Rica edition will be on 31 March.
  • In Washington, Director General of IICA and USDA agree to support participation of the agriculture sector in climate negotiations

Awards will be given to the following categories: producers’ associations and other private-sector organizations, including NGOs, that work with LAC producers; LAC science and technology institutions and organizations; and the LAC public sector (at all levels).
