    The Southern Agricultural Council (CAS) celebrates 20 years as a strategic policy coordination forum for Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay

    CAS is an organization through which its six member countries define priorities for the agricultural agenda and adopt positions on issues of regional interest, with a view to coordinating the development of agreed actions.

    Benn will receive the “Soul of Rurality” award, which is part of an initiative to recognize the men and women who are leaving their mark and making a difference in the rural areas of the Americas.
