El IICA y el Gobierno de Chile llevaron a cabo un proyecto que consistió en capacitar a 5 países del Caribe para fortalecer la gestión y el conocimiento del Codex Alimentarius. ¿Cómo lo hicieron? Compartieron tácticas para participar mejor en las reuniones del Codex y generaron estrategias para tener mayor incidencia en la elaboración de las directrices que ahí se analizan.
