Agriculture and climate action: an IICA website that will exhibit the collective work of countries in the Americas at COP28 – showcasing advances by the hemisphere’s agriculture sector in the area of sustainability
The webpage, available at https://agroyaccionclimatica.iica.int/en/, illustrates the strategic role of the region’s agriculture sector in tackling climate change. It also presents the Home of Sustainable Agriculture of the Americas - the pavilion that IICA and its partners will host at COP28 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) to build public awareness about and highlight the role of the agrifood systems of the Americas in driving the development of climate solutions.Argentina’s Ministry of Science and IICA select and lend their support to eight bioeconomy research projects on technologies applied to agriculture, with a regional scope
